占地6221平方米、行車5噸×4台、行車10噸×4台、叉車3.5噸×1台、叉車6噸×1台。

Factory area:

It covers an area of 6221 square meters, 5T overhead crane, 10T overhead crane, 3.5 tons for forklift trucks and 6 tons by forklift trucks..

售後服務

公司設有客服與維修保養部門，專職售後服務及緊急狀況處理，針對客戶反應案件進行故障判斷、故障原因分析、故障排除，案件分類管理;同時亦可配合客戶每年之定期保養。

After services and Customer Complaint Handing:

The Customer Service Department,Repair and Maintenance Department are establishedTO satisfy service needs and emergency handling,and they are responsible for identification and dignosis of all customer complaints,cause analysis and trouble shooting.All complaints are categorized and established with file to offer maintenance services on regular basis.
